Sorry Sogwop. Guess I didn’t describe what I was running into. I was consistently getting firm enough for long enough to get what satisfied our needs. Last week or so, I’m getting barely useable for short periods of time. I don’t think I’ve changed anything as far as delivery goes so I’m kinda confused as to what changed.

Mine have always been consistent. 3.5 to 4ish hours. So i know when that doesn’t happen, I’ve done something wrong, meaning either went to deep or too shallow with the needle. The times after the short ones, followed by the same dose yield 3 plus hours tells me i must have messed up. But that is just me.

short update. I did get a slightly stronger mix from what I had 30/3/30 was previously on 22/2.2/24 was getting the same results - pretty fragile and short lived. Went to 40 units and remembered some guys aspirate to make sure they are in the right spot, tried that and ended up with about the same result. We decided to try 30/3/60 on the next batch. The juice comes from Olympia Compounding out of Florida.

Just really not sure why all of the sudden I’m getting weak results.

Same thing I did, go to a stronger mix. But I still had failures. When I moved up to Quadmix it only worked for a few months. Have you seen a urologist to see if it's venous leak? Nothing can stop that from progressing and the injections only help until the leak is too big.

I had a Doppler done about 4 years ago, no leak. I do have an uro appt next week. I think the end of the road on injecting is approaching.

Maybe time for another doppler? I had one done the year before my implant, when injections of 60 units of Quadmix were only giving me a partial erection. Never did get the results, all doc said was blood was moving out faster than coming in.
