Hello,
I have 2 question on this topic.
1- How long would you have the syringe in a room temperature before the start to loose it's effectivness (assuming you are usingProstaglandin).
2- Would you stop the foreplay before excusing yourself to the bathroom to inject or would you do it before the foreplay? The issue then is if you do not inject yourself enough of the juice. (30 min potency bfore the decay in the injection)
Thank you
Dating with injections?

The concern of the degradation of the prostaglandins is overstated. The medication can be at room temperature for a LONG time before the effectiveness is seriously impacted. So I wouldn’t worry about having a filled syringe at room temp all day for a date.
Whether you inject before or after foreplay will be up to you. I wouldn’t want to interrupt the flow of things once they started. But if your foreplay is so long you will be losing your erection then you may be no choice but to pause the action for a moment.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

GoodWood is right. I've gone on week-long trips with pre-filled syringes (not frozen) that warmed up to room temperature in a day or 36 hours as the freeze packs melted. They then stayed at room temperature for three or four days, and I could see no loss in effectiveness.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Re: Dating with injections?
My experience with room temperature is different. Mine definitely seems to lose potency. This has happened twice. Once during my wedding vacation, and second during a summer vacation. We kept it cool during travel. But after a few days the potency was disappointing.
This could be to me using a different formula. Or maybe it was just me under the stress of travel. Or maybe it was just being in a different environment. Judging by what you all are saying I'm going to reevaluate my belief that it was temperature exposure.
