No usable results with more powerful trimix

The medication was labelled TRIMIX (SUPER) 150/20/200 PER 5 ML. The ingredients were listed as:

PAPAVERINE HYDROCHLORIDE 0.150 GM
PHENTOLAMINE MESYLATE 0.020 GM
ALPROSTADIL, USP (PROSTAGLANDIN E1)(R) .001 GM

I have struggled with the injections in trying to get the med in the right place. Sometimes I ended up with hematomas on the penis and scrotum. Another time I injected 70 units and there was some painful swelling at the base of the penis.

Quite practicing medicine on the net. Go to your URO and have him inject you. If it does not get hard, you need an implant. enough said!
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck

Tried 70 units again. This time no results at all besides terrible pain. I'm done with this approach.

That's where I was when I quit injections. 70-80 units and nothing but a chubby, maybe, followed by 2 days of ache.
It just doesn't work for some guys.
