Sudafed is good. The Actifed they used to sell (and is still available in many Caribbean country pharmacies) was terrific.

If you’re sensitive to antihistamines of that type I can vouch for ice water. Yeah, get a stewpot or large coffee can, fill it with ice water, and dunk your balls and junk in the ice cold water. No, it’s not comfortable but it worked for me. Note: if it goes down don’t pour ice water out immediately. There were a couple of times I had to do 2 or 3 ice water baths to get it stay down.

Probably best if you start at 2 hour mark…exercise. Calisthenics, running, anything that speeds up the heart rate. That’s going to increase the rate your body metabolizes stuff.

If you do the ice water deal, there were times it shrunk and got softer immediately. It seemed to help if I squeezed my penis, as if to get the meds out of there and into my blood stream where they would get metabolized.

Best bet, as another poster so aptly said…just don’t inject too much.

Every single time I pick up my prescription from the compounding pharmacy the package contains a twelve pack of Sudafed (30mg ), with written instructions for use ..... for an erection lasting more than 2 hours. " Take 4 tablets ".

Last time I picked up my renewal RX I told the pharm tech not to include the Sudafed. I had plenty. He said its part of the RX.
