Have you tried using a decent cock ring from a sex shop with your injection? Works better for me.

It helps slow the venous leak which improves the erection and slow how quickly the injection is flushed out of the penis as well.

Are you taking daily Cialis? That helps me as well. Seems to help make the shot work better. Gives me stronger spontaneous erections too which is good for the health of the penis. More stretching of the tissue, less atrophy over time.

In short: consider adding daily cialis (Tadalafil) and a decent cock ring.

I've gone on and off Tadalaifl and Viagra (daily). I haven't taken it in a few weeks because I find it doesn't have much of an impact on me. I've actually tried sex with an escort using Tadalifil and a cock ring from a sex shop. I kept an erection for about 5 minutes and then it went flat, despite the fact I had a ring on. I've not yet tried a ring with Caverject but I will try that next, although I just don't know if it's going to give me an awesome result. Seems like a lot of hassle as well. Yep, everyone is different so experimenting is key. If you have compounding pharmacies near you, you might be able to get a stronger concentration of injection made. 40mcg/cc might be the strongest strength of caverject, but it can be custom made much stronger (100mcg or even 200mcg/cc). There the limitation is what will remain in suspension in the solution.

Or consider Trimix. The Papaverine and Phentolomine (the two additional meds in TriMix) would be the next step up.

They don't do Trimix in Ireland or the UK and 60mcg of Caverject is the absolute maximum recommended dose. No urologist will ever advise going over 60. If you don't get rock hard with 60 mcg you most definitely need an implant ASAP.

I'm not willing to go sticking 2 or 3 injections of high strength Caverject into my penis in an effort to stave off an implant. I'd rather just get the implant if my response is that poor.

I’ve run the course of pills for 5 years and shots for the last 10 years (including PGE doses, in TriMix and QuadMix, much higher than 60mcg under doctors orders). But it’s time for an implant. Shots worked for a long time for me, but even with the max doses the effect is short lived and undependable.

I’m scheduled for implant Tuesday the 25th of this month.

Yeah, I think it will have to be an implant for me. I can't get Trimix or Quadmix in this part of the world.

I'm willing to try a 40mcg shot of Caverject with a cock ring but if that doesn't work I'm just going straight to the implant.

Yikes! Sounds like a disaster mate. Do you notice much of a difference between 20mcg and 40mcg? I found the difference between 10mcg and 20mcg to be minor, no difference in the hardness of the erection, but the 20mcg enabled me to have a good go at sex lying on my back, whereas the 10s make it very iffy on my back. Also I found my "semi" held up longer on 20 than it did on 10. Its a long way out from where I want to be.

I find sometimes my ED is worse for a day or 2 after injecting Caverject, do you get that?
