I guess if trimix does a good job for you maybe you should stick with it ..... but I have been so pleaded with implant that I am tempted to say forget the trimix and get on with implant. Of course there are risks associated with surgery, etc but I was lucky and the whole deal was not quite a breeze but not really that bad for me.
