Redness/bruising on skin surface at injection site

I get redness or bruise if i inject while flacid and pulling or stretching my dick out for the shot. If I can get semi erect or harder first, the shot literally leaves no mark, not even a small needle spot. There is also less pain with the shot when errect, not that theres much pain anyway. Im sure theres some theories for why this is the case

Pumping up some helps to see more veins. I got a bunch of little cob webs type tiny little veins more so since injecting, the little buggers get hit quite often, but can't help it, so I deal with it, no biggie as long as I don't hit a little bigger one. Couple days it's gone.

Some bruise after wesr a ring but it is gone in 2 days.
All worth it.
