Congratulations on your success. As I mentioned in my earlier post, you may now be able to slowly reduce the dosage and still achieve the same results.

Interesting that injection units could be reduced after a successful injection. Should I try reducing on next injection or give this a few times, then start reducing? I finally had success with 40 units, how much should I reduce? Maybe in 5 or 10 unit increments, taking it in steps, till I find the level. I just don't want to reduce too much and would require a second injection on same day. Because of our schedules, I usually only have 1 chance per week to get it right. After doing an injection, I am a little sore for about 24 hours, guess that is normal.

Keep it at the same dosage. However, if your erection last for over two hours, start reducing it on subsequent injections. Doc told me that the injections forced blood into deteriorated tissue which rejuvenated them such that on subsequent injections, the response was more effective.
