it IS hard to inject into a shrunken penis! and I swear to god, your penis DOES shrink if they chop out your prostate!!!

What I like to do is take a warm shower with my partner as we play a little. Standing up, warm water, lots of mental stimulation, and the penis tends to get pretty full after 10 minutes or so. It may not get hard enough to get laid, but it is bigger so that you have a 2X bigger "bullseye" to hit.
