Is no-one answering my question? If it's that stupid, just write "bug off". That would be less insulting than being ignored ...

If a Trimix erection lasts four hours but the rigidity lasts less than an hour due to the rapid "decomposition" of the PGE1, can a second injection of a few units of PGE1 alone be taken to improve the rigidity but not longetivity?

Secondly, if trimix is more or less due to the pain of pge1, can the proportion of this drug in your trimix injection be calculated and it be taken alone?

Thanks in advance. I really would not need a long-lasting erection that is not regid ...

Hello! At times over the past 2 1/2 years I have given too little trimix, and indeed, I had to give slightly more trimix in the other side of my penis. I normally give from .09 ml to .11 ml (corresponds with 9 units and 11 units). At times this doesn't seem to be enough, so I give 2 or 3 units in the other side of my penis.
This brings my erection back up to fully erect, and it doesn't last any longer than normal. My normal length of time erect is about 1 to 4 hours --depending how accurately I give the injection, and it varies with the different batches of the drug.

Sometimes the efficacy of the trimix varies, due to placement of the injection. If I give it too high on the shaft, the shorter the duration of the erection. Giving it lower on the shaft enables me to have consistently good erections that last more than enough time to satisfy my wife. I lose rigidity only when the trimix is starting to become metabolized by my penis. Once the medicine starts to break down, the rigidity subsides correspondingly.

I hope that I have helped you a bit!

First off, I would recommend using an adjustable cock ring IMMEDIEATLY AFTER injecting (before trimix kicks in) and leaving it on for the first 30-60 min. That's what I do and it helps maintain a very firm erection. I find that when I increased my units from 10 to 15 I got a firmer erection without increasing duration. I wouldn't bother adding just PGE alone. BTW... I have added an additional dose once near the first injection site, when it failed to kick in and it worked fine.

Thanks so much, these answers have helped a lot! I was scared stiff that supplementing the injections (adding some more within a short time) could end me up in the emergency room ...
