As i mentioned before, I use alprostadil mono-mix at 80mcg per ml and I inject 8 to 12 units. I believe that to be a fairly strong mix. If I had your bottle of dry alprostadil powder, I think I'd add 100 units or 1ml of the sterile water and first try injecting 5 units. That's based on MY current dosage, NOT YOURS.

I have no idea what is working for you now so I would have no idea what you should try. That would be medical advice anyhow and I try not to give medical advice.

I would also keep the mix frozen. When you know figure out your dosage you may want to consider pre-filling some syringes so you don't have to thaw the main batch as often.

Again, I have no expertise to be giving advice and I'm likely full of shit. Ask your doctor.

I sure wish you could get input from someone more qualified than me before you go off trying what I posted. Please have Pseudoephedrine on hand as it seems to help calm an extended erection. If you're going to experiment unsupervised and have no prior experience to base your dosage on you should probably start out at an even lower dose. Maybe 3 units???

Add. 100 and start with 5 is good advice. The instructions i received with this said add 250 units but start with 20. Nothing add 10 more so your reply is much.more mellow. Thanks

I have to confess i finally get the product find the sterile water mix it up load the syringe and chicken out must of stood in bathroom 20 min with the needle poised just could not push it in. Well ordered 2 autojects will be here one week i dont even know dose what a ride

What gauge and length needles do you have? I use the little 31g 5/16 length needles. I have to bury the needle plus some. Those little needles really do cause very little pain. Just give it a go, they really don't hurt. When using the tiny needles, if you get much resistance at all when depressing the plunger, you need to adjust your depth in or out. Have you watched any injection videos? Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=10&v=DHc6NI5rTDw I really think you should learn manual injection before using an auto injector. Otherwise how will you learn the proper depth for you?

So i get my auto ject and try 10 units i put 200 u water in the dry mix 10 got me about a 60 % but only lasted 30 min and i knoticed i sit down it went down aster next i try 15 the instruction with the vial said add 250 water start with 20 units then 30 so on up to 70% so i am starting slow
