That seems like... good advice... but I have no idea what it means.

I think any of these before/after pics need a ruler for scale and you should always have the same orientation and focal distance.

Sorry I should have listed some history! I currently injecting Trimix. My.prescription was issued by a certified urologist via Invigor, so there was not a visit with my personal urologist. I was prescribed to start with 15 units and increase by 5 units if needed. I have pretty severe ED and nothing else has helped until now. After my first post on Sunday I injected 18 units and got about 80% results and had the first penetration with my wife that I've had in years. So 2 days later I injected 15 grams for some solo activity mainly to se if I would get similar results, but got nothing at all. So now wandering if I should go up to 25 units. With the first dose I went down in about 1 1/2 hours. I do have stage 1 bladder cancer, but do not think it would have any impact. Also am diebetic which would explain the ED. I am trying not to get frustrated, but after the last injection I was pretty discouraged. Any advice?

I’m not a Doctor, but have been injecting for a year(140-150) injections. So with the 18 giving you 80% for 1-1/2 hr that’s a good start….I wouldn’t use any less fir solo or sex, and would probably increase for sex but not more than maybe 2 units at a time. Things can go the other way pretty quickly and you will learn your threshold pretty quick. Also I personally die quicker after sex simply due to the amount of energy being used… amount of blood flowing. If the wife just gets me off without sex my standard amount can last up to 2 hrs. Where the same amount with sex keeps me solid til I’ve climaxed then usually dies immediately after. About the time you think you get it figured out your body will eventually throw you a curveball and either not get up at all or stay up fir 3 hours… try not to get discouraged when this happens. Keep plenty Sudafed handy in the event of over 3-4 hrs and start experimenting. Good luck.

One other question. Did you find it hard to reach orgasim the first time you used? My wife got tired and I had to finish myself off. I would rather that be part of the experience if you know what I mean. Maybe because I was only at 80%?
