I have used 190 Units since 9 Aug with no success. If doctor kicks me up to next strength, I'm sure it will be start low and adjust to determine what, if any, dosage works for me.
i do know when I take my Tri-Mix out the freezer and put on refrigerator door it thaws very fast. i guess next time at Compounding Pharmacy I'll ask advise of Pharmacist.

Good plan, I hope he does up your dose for you, I think that will be more beneficial to you. I'll be doing 15 units tomorrow night, it's like starting over.

I always question the pharmacist from my compounding place just to make sure them and I are on same page cause when got my script it was confusing and she was a little confused by it, but we straightened it out. It's good practice I think to ask questions.

I used a total of 200 units since 9/8, 2 ml vial, that's why I had strength upped, taking it slow.

Told ya I was a night owl. So here it is. sat. I thought I did 10 units, but instead I realized I did 15. So I went 20 units and I had to give stimulation to keep it up there. felt fairly hard, but could still bend it. doesn't get real hard from pelvis on down very good. Don't have to worry about ER cause without stimulation, it will go down! Let it go for about an hour and a half and got a little tired of the nominal ache. on a scale of 1-10 for ache was about a 4-5, so I decided to take care of it and took another hour to get off. Then will go down quickly and ache sub sides, if I stand up it will get a little more hard and start aching again. Little concerned the harder I can make it injecting it going to ache even more, Why? Got to it's normal 7" , but still bendable, why?

Matt, are you having any of these issues? has to be the alprostadil, didn't have with bi mix. Will do 25 units Wednesday and pray.i don't know if I can take it if i get rock hard and ache goes higher. bldoink said that he thought I was having reaction to alprostadil and I think I am! Gonna have to deal with it, cause I've got a brand new vial, lol . Talk to me guys!

From my readings and experience, many guys that initially get the alprostadil ache find that it diminished largely or entirely with experience. It may or may not for you. Only one way to find out.

Cheer up i took 12 ml with me to asia lasted 3 months. And at 65 units a shot with a 30 mg of V IS A COSTLY ROAD OUT OFF ALL 12ML I HAVE HAD 6 SESSIONS THE REST WASTED ON TO LITTLE OR NOT INJECTING CORRECTLY. So lets see 3 doctor visits 800 dollars 2 scripts 6 ml each 110 each

Thx guys, you have no idea how much I appreciate your info. Uro doesn't want me to email him on results. You would think he's the one passing out meds he would want to know! Just says up it by 10 units each time until good erection, really! I don't think he cares if I go to ER. Grrr. I will deal with the ache if I can just get there to have intercourse with wife. It's been 3 yrs since. I got done injecting last night and came out of bedroom and she asked - any luck and as usual I said not yet dear, think she's tired of waiting. She's one you have to keep interested or she will give up. When I told her about talking to you guys and the info I get, she said who are these guys you keep talking about, I thought he we go.i told her you guys have good experience with injections and have helped me thru this this far and she said oh, cause I get no feedback from uro. I'm doing 25 units a little earlier Tues, see what's up, lol. Maybe! I don't mind seeing guys pics if anyone wants to pm me, I've dabbled with same sex before when I could get it up back then!
