I agree that you should try the full 100 units (1ml) a couple of times. That formula is weak. In just over a year, I've moved from Bimix (needed 100 units), to a weak TriMix (needed at least 70 units) to a beefed-up Trimix (40 units is working). BS that he can't increase the formula.

Anyway, try out the 100 units first. If that doesn't work, see another doctor, unless you are ready for an implant. I'm not, but there are fellows on here who swear they wish they did years earlier.

And, if it does work, ask you doctor to change it so you get the same effect with less volume.

Well 1cc (100 units) tried and nota nothing. Will try again and see but I’m slowly running out of juice Going to try my surgeon or even family doctor, just don’t know the formula I need. I guess put my faith into another doctor

Well needle Thursday came and went. It was an unusual day with a male intern injecting my dick and a female Dr checking my "breast tissue" (because I'm on testosterone replacement.

Went to the appointment and met with one of my Dr's residents who came in the room and first took and "ED" history when did it start. my response to oral meds and I told him I've had low "T" for at least the past 6 years. After that he explained the medication, procedure and the starting dose.

I also shared a lot of the helpful stuff you guys have relayed. Forgot to mention when he first came in the room I said "that this is one of the weirdest kind of appointments" He agreed saying yes a guy injecting your penis" we got a laugh out of it. The appointment was absolutely no stress and very casual.

My starting dose was 0.20 he stretched my dick and injected me. As we had discussed my B12 injections that I do he then asked me right after the injection "Can you do this? Yes! I'm motivated!

He said and reviewed again it may take time to get the dose right.... Then have a seat we will give it some time to see how it works! Well it wasn't a Home Run I got about half of a hard on. I wasn't disappointment at all. I was thankful just to be starting this process!

So my regular Dr. came in a talked a little bit. He said that I can increase slowly 0.10 each time and I asked when again? That I could start 24 hours after each time - LOL and Great!!! Tonight Another Poke with the Trimix.

Needles.....? One thing he and I talked about was the Length of the needles. My B-12 needles are 31G and 5/16's long The Trimix needles sent to me were 28G and 1/2 "...

I asked him if I could use my shorter needles and he said we want to get the injection deep. I know it seems not much of a difference but to me it feels like I'm sticking it in an inch deep...

!. Any thoughts on the needle differences? Can I use the other?

2. The 0.10 in crease is it slow or a big jump when you get to the correct dose? Is the 0.10 med increase - effect incremental or Sudden? LOL looking forward to the effect.

3. Could I use Ice to numb before the shot?

My Dr. said I could go all the way up to 0.50 and if that didn't work, then call him for the next
step.

I think increasing by .1 is good.

Be careful pushing a 1/2"er in too far if you're not at all plumped when you inject.
You could go too far and miss the spot.

Lots of us have used the 5/16" needles.
I had hit and miss with them.

I prefer the 29gauge, 1/2"ers.

This whole process requires lots of trial and error.

I've never needed to numb things and wonder if it'll shrink when you do?

Hello guys,

I thought Thursday night was going to be the second run, we went grocery shopping and came home to a power outage... I was not going to try in the dark holding flashlight.

So today I tried 0.30, I felt less doing it myself than when the doc did it. Actually I felt nothing sticking the 1/2" needle in. I had to pull it out a little to inject. The funny part was after I got the needle in and switching to inject my hand was shaking pretty good - lol looking at a needle in me.

But I feel really good I was able to do it on my own.

0.3 it was a little bigger than the last time but not big enough to use...but I'm not there yet. I hope to try again at 0.4 units Sunday and maybe inject a little closer to the end/head. I injected almost at the base.

Well its fun trying and not discouraged at all!

Again, really appreciate all of the comments and not being alone on this journey!

Yeah, sounds like where you're heading is probably to a more potent formula.
It's an ongoing process and with progress, I think you'll get it eventually.

Hello All,

1. Shot #3 tonight of 0.40 a little larger.
2. The effects are more evenly distributed through my whole dick.
3. Not hard enough to use yet.
4. It gets biggest in 30 minutes and starts to soften.
5. The needle gets easier to do and no shaking tonight!
6. My wife is very understanding and patient and every night we watch and wonder is this going to do it.

The prescription is for standard "Trimix" (PPP) 5.88mcg/18/0.6/ml in AQ vehicle injection

Prostagland E1 5.88 mc/ml

Paperaveine HC1 18 mg/ml

Phentolamine Mesylate 0.6 mg/ml

So another shot of 0.5 Monday night and see what happens. It will be great when it does work!

Thanks again, I guess I'll just have to keep trying. It would be nice to have the needle stick produce desired results....

So the question tonight is "how many times did you guys inject before finding the right dose"?[b][/b]
