I am surprised more of you don’t have the Phenylephrine antidote. I get it from my compounding pharmacy (with prescription of course) and unfortunately have to use it every time I use Trimix. The dose it requires for a good erection always lasts too long so I have to shoot it down. I’ve been to the ER twice before I got the antidote so no way will I ever inject again without it.

I injected for 32 years and never made a trip to ER.

If I got to 3 hours I would take Sudafed or Actufed (original formulation, you either have to sign for the Sudafed or bring the OTC Actifed in when returning from overseas. The USA formula for it has changed but you can get the original version in places like the Caymans)

Cold shower.

Ice on dick.

Cardio workout (mild to moderate) to speed up blood flow and metabolize the drug more rapidly.

Doctors always told me as long as erection subsided if it came back intermittently it really wasn’t a problem, the main concern was getting fresh oxygenated blood to flowing.

I came close to busting four hours a few times, but never did.

I have only been injecting for 18 months and am up to 180 injections. from the start i have had plenty of 4 and 5 hour erections. mine have never been painful and that was my uros signal to worry. I take sudafed (at 2 hour mark) and then some mild exercise has always worked. it is a pain in the ass to be doing mild exercise after a 2-3 hour sex session that was more than enough exercise, but i will take that over an ER trip. lol

I have yet to have an issue where I considered a trip to the ER. After sex my erection starts to diminish, but it still kind of hard. MY URO Doc told me as long as you can bend the erection you're ok....But what's worked for me is a bag of frozen peas underneath my scrotum...Seems icing the area and exercise are the 2 home remedies, besides the Sudafed route. I haven't taken Sudafed due to cardiac issues.
