I checked again on the syringe, it says 1cc syringe for 100 units.

I did, after I injected about a minute or so after I used the pump, of particular mention, the head of my penis was very enlarged with the pump, I didnt maintain it it but for a few minutes, I just intended to get the blood flowing after injecting. Perhaps it is not advised. That was the only time I have done that and it seemed to be counter productive anyhow, as in the medicine wasn t as effective. I did read on here where someone else had used a pump with injections to and had those lesser results. I appreciate you mentioning it, I wont be doing it anymore.

jimstars, I d say it s not 100% erect, certainly not the way you describe, and certainly after the four hours and throughout it is bendable, erect in length, but bendable if I were to point with it, if that makes sense. The hardest it seemed to be was beyond 4 hours. It seemed when I was concerned about it the most and taking the meds it just felt I could do the most with it if I were with someone at that point. That makes me ask does a state of arousal in your mind make erections harder when using injections, in the least, sometimes? I could benefit from knowing how the erection scale is rated to and that way I could estimate the erections. The erections beyond the 4 hours are tolerable physically, not any discomfort really so that isnt a concern. In fact if they arent a concern unless its 100% I wouldnt hesitate to see what 30 units does. Something else of mention, the head of penis doesnt have much edge to it using this medication. Is that the glans mentioned? With viagra or a pump for example, it does, its more naturally erect throughout.

On the hardness scale, well, just think back to your younger days to what a raging 100% was like. It is not so much the angle -- mine never hardly reaches beyond horizontal, but when you squeeze shaft it gentlly if it has almost no give to it then you got 100%. That's about all I can explain on that. Also on pumping while timixing -- i doubt that will help, as you have noted. Even pumping immediately before trimix I have found to not help much -- maybe the trimix ends up flowing out with the pumped blood too soon?

Which brings me to What To Do After Your Trimix Shot. Firstly you clamp on the injection site a bit. I make a ring with thumb and forefinger and middle finger -- kind of like a cock ring and squeeze at the base. The idea, flawed as it might be, to keep the trimix in the penis. While doing this squeeze I just waggle shaft back and forth, or up and down and it tends to start filling. Maybe readjust your fingers every so often. I do not massage or milk it or anything -- just waggle. After a few minutes it is good to go at near 100%. I do this while standing at the bathroom sink usually -- not sitting or laying down. Although I've noticed sitting can bring things up harder than standing sometimes.

Also once you got your hardest, I find that laying on side keeps it that way the longest (but maybe that is because the Missus is holding on to it then

That's all I got. Some lucky people get good-n-hard from Trimix and some just so-so ... should only be blood pressure/flow (plus no venous leak issues) controlling the whole show. Do you have high blood pressure? Prone to worry or anxiety? That might be a factor?

As I understand it, the real reason you should put pressure on the injection site is to limit the amount of INTERNAL bleeding at the injection site, since that in turn limits the potential for internal scarring.

For what it's worth, I don't do anything like that. Applying a bit of pressure to an injection site is, more or less, standard procedure for any injection at virtually any site. It's also typical to massage the injection site (any injection site) to jump start the dispersal of the medicine into the tissue. My uro and my pharmacist both told me to massage Little Gregory up and down the shaft to do exactly that--spread the joy juice. It works every time.
