Sure, try increasing. I did. Couldn't get it to work for me. If that fails reach out to your uro. My guy in Nevada told me that 99% of people respond and if the Trimix didn't cut it he'd order Quadmix.
In the end I said screw it and am doing the implant. Either I'm the 1% or the 99% figure was an overreach.
Sounds like your wife is more engaged with the injections than mine was. After a couple fails it became increasingly hard to say "okay honey I'm off to poke my penis."
