Trimix mixture

My Tri-Mix is 30-1-20, last night I tried 40 Units with only about a 10% firmness. I will be increasing my next attempt to 50 Units. I have two vials remaining from my last prescription refill. If I use those up with no "Lift Off", I'll talk to my doctor about moving up to the next level.

You may have already answered the question already but have you tried experimenting with some varieties of novelty cock rings yet?

Yes I tried the rings and on Friday I get a new super mixture of Quad mix. 20,2,30,0.1 so we will see. I am jealous of all the guys the simple tri mix of a low dose that works. While things were not great before surgery, it was ok. I am not so sure there were any nerves spared

Dude. I hate to tell you that's not even close to "supermix". My Trimix is 120/30/10 !

I started with 6mcg alprostadil, 0.6mg of phentolamine, and 18mg of Papaverine, at 10 units and got nothing but a surprise aching pain, waited a few days and upped to 15, still aching pain, but a little different, a TINY bit less in intensity, and a little more firm.. a little! Still the ache lasted about 6 hours with no erection.... frustrating!!

Reading a few more forums, I am seeing pretty much only those with an RP have the pain more than not. Some attribute it to the total absence of any erection, nocturnal or otherwise because of nerves gone.

It makes sense… that night time “piss hard” erection we all experience is nothing than the body running through a systems check about an hour or so before waking. No nerves, no system maintain, thus atrophy.

When we do get cavernosa to inflate with a pump or injection, there will be pain because of nonuse.

To the chase… my Uro and Rx spec suggest that if I can withstand the pain, keep raising the bar 5u at a time until at about 35 or so, the line should then be crossed to the erection and the pain will be minimal because of that line cross. Has anyone else had this scenario?

The next piece to go to it that doesn’t work for me is to go BiMix, so no alprostadil, [no refrigeration] and longer shelf life but more volume needed UNLESS… my Rx guru mixes a more concentrated BiMix and I can then use a smaller dose to get the larger dose effect.

BTW, RP guys with that 12 year old penis? I went to a 31g ¼ inch needle and it’s amazing, no more over shots because of the damn small penis and ½ needle.

I use a 31g 5/16" needle. I did have some a fair bit of alprostadil pain when I started. It slowly lessened to the point of now being a non-issue. Of course with some guys they never get over the pain, unfortunately.

As i started about 2 years ago i looked endlessly on line and noticed. TRIMIX IS SAID TO WORK in 87% of ed suffers. Muse 37% and this cream 15% so lots to try i look foward to trying muse and cream .

Was trying super quad mix with nada results. Was up to 35 ml but getting painful. The script was 20 pge- 2 phentolamine, 30 pap and .1 atro

Last and only hope before bionic is a mega dose they pharmacy calls it.

50-2-30 .1 seems like the phentolamine should be 4 but whom and I to argue with the pharmacy at this point. Anyone have different formulas?

Tried the new dose twice now. First was 5 units and now 10. Really only slightly chubby and starting to increase the pain. Will work it,up a couple of more times but injections seem like a no,starter for me. 6 different formulas all to no avail. Somehow I dont think the prostate surgery spared any nerves either.
