loose the erection

I'm using .30 units and my erections are great as long as I'm standing or we are in the missionary position. When I lay on my back and she mounts me I loose the erection. Then we go back to me standing behind her or in the missionary position again and my rip roaring erection comes back. Any thoughts why that might be happening?

Same phenomena ... well maybe not "rip roaring" ... but there is a significant difference. Vienous leakage ???

My problem exactly. Soooo frustrating!

Doctor feels it maybe changes in blood pressure. But it is dramatic, whoop, it goes down. I don't think my BP fluctuates that much that fast.

I'm positive its venous leak, but never had a Doppler done.

Before you used injections did you have a similar problem? For the past 10 years I have needed constant friction on my cock to maintain an erection even with Viagra. I talked to the Uro and he told me to go to .35 and if that doesn't solve the problem to see him. He thinks it might be my "technique" but I'm beginning to think it's venous leakage.

With pills I did not get usable erection, just a little engorgement. Couldn't even "stuff" it in.

Injections I'm able to get hard enough to penetrate, but lying down or getting physical at all, I lose it. Then stand up and the erection would come back. Tried standing at the edge of the bed, but when I start pumping, down he goes. Unreliable little bastard.

Over the years I've had to increase amount injected, up to .75ml. Now I'm on a stronger Trimix. Started back at .2ml. and working my way up as I seem to need more for same effect.

I have never had a problem with technique with injections, always gets hard then.....

The erection with injections seems to ache and is never "hard" as I used to have when I had no problems.

This frustration has led me to the end of my rope. I see an implant as my only recourse. So I'm hoping 20 years of ED comes to an end soon.

Problem is that I am out of London's and Ottawa's LINS. So I am waiting to see if things can be "worked" out.

I have this same situation. Inject and it gets 95% and suitably fat within 10 minutes but then only works in certain positions. On the bottom and the fellow literally disappears. Side saddle seems to work best for me. Following this thread.

I am too, that's why I was sent to him to begin with. The son of a bitch was a recognized implanter on the AMS physician locator tool on their web site and rather than suggesting an implant to me he did major surgery and butchered me. When all is said and done, I will require 5 surgeries from urologists and plastic surgeons to fix the mess he made. I hate him and I am seriously considering suing him.
