Where can I get trimix/bimix in India?

I am an Indian resident but I don't see any way to get trimix/bimix here. Most urologists are useless and say I don't need it because of my age (26). I don't know what exactly the problem is with me but I need it to ever have sex/ think of marriage.

So does anybody have an idea where to get this from?

My plan is to obtain it and then start with a really really low dose.

But what does 500 mcg in 1 ml mean? That seems quite a lot. I think the normal dosage is about 20 mcg right?

I have never used an injection before. So how do I know how much to take?

Don't worry I will only medicate after visiting the uro again. I'm just curious.
