I’m set to have my first injection in a week with Trimix. Looking toget input from the veterans on dosing titration what to expect.

Injections worked great for me for over 12 years. I'll never forget the first time I injected myself. I couldn't believe how hard it got and stayed that way for over two hours, it was great. I was a grower before my implant, I mean I went from about one inch to 5.5 inches, so some times I would just inject myself to have something to play with, sometimes I would masturbate till I came, but more often I would just walk around the house and ply with it. I just got my implant a little less then two weeks ago, the Dr. left me fully deflated, but even now I am 3+ inches flaccid all of the time and loving it. Can't wait to start cycling it to see what I have fully pumped. So bottom line, go with the injections for as long as they work for you.

Placement - Placement - Placement ie. 9 and 3 or 10 and 2 depends on who you talk to - 1" or so out from base (and perhaps depth) of the injection is key to the learning curve. But consistency and dosage takes awhile. If you have to force the injection, you are not in the right place. Give it some time. You also might find the use of an injection device helpful and easy to use.

Good Luck. Hopeful, we'll both be able to use them indefinitely as the implants do not sound near as good. With any luck, you'll be rockin' it like a porn star in no time.

Size wise I’m very similar do you remember how long it took you to figure out the right dose. Being small soft would you advise pumping up a bit befor injecting. I’m also a grower.

I'm a grower, too. But that's not what you're asking.

Just over a year and I'm still working out the formula. Started with Bimix, and it was OK. Upgraded to Trimix, and was on 30/1/10 for months. I just received an upgrade to 30/1/40 and am looking forward to harder erections and less cost.

The first couple of injections, you have to get over sticking a needle there. But when it starts working, you get over that and actually look forward to it. Watch some videos of proper ways to do it, and practice on a sausage or dildo, with water in the syringe. That helps a lot.

Welcome to the dick pricker's club. You're going to love it. If I was single and hand the money (LOL), I could nail 3-4 women in a single day, easy. Implants are bionic but sucessful injections are pretty darn close.

Quickie random thoughts for you:

-- Toughest part is getting comfortable with sticking a needle in your dick. Practice, practice, practice. Stay with it and that part will go away.
-- Start with a dosage that is far less than what your doctor recommended. Then work your way up.
-- Get in the habit of alternating sides of your penis. This is something that I did not do because I was not as comfortable injecting on the left side. (I'm right handed).
-- If you are not having regular sex with a significant other, then practice using a Fleshlight or other male masturbation toy. Practice, practice, practice.
-- Experiment until you know how much to inject for specfic lengths of time. I now know how much Trimix to inject for a 20 minute erections, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, two hours, etc.
-- Don't fret. Rarely do we hear of guys on this forum who have hurt themselves.
-- Google "Trimix injections" on YouTube to see demonstrations.

And finally,

Practice, practice, practice.

I would start with a 1/2 inch 30 gauge needle to be sure you inject far enough in. After you get the hang of it, you might want to switch to a 3/8” 31 gauge needle.

The doc started me at 25 units and recommend ji increase by 5 units until I got the desired results - 45 units. After four or five injections, I was able to slowly reduce the dosage until 15 units got the job done.

I'll echo the PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! Read through as many forum posts here as you can. There is a lot to learn here from the discussions of other members here from their trial and errors... and successes. There are hundreds and hundreds of posts with so many comments and advice from other members. I encourage you to browse through the history of posts on this forum to get a lot more insight on ED and injections.

I never pumped before injecting, I just grabbed hold of the gland and pulled straight out, then inject in about the middle of the shaft at about 10 or 2. If my wife and I had some fore play before I injected I would have a simi, about 4", and then would have no problem.

So tomorrow I pick up the juice not sure what the mix will be or the dose but can't wait to give it a try.
