Penile deformity after a single injection for Doppler test?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here on FT. I am 26 yo Malaysian and currently working in China. I have a similar post on a Peyronie's board, but seems FT has more active users. Long story short, what happened to me is like getting struck by lightning, twice. The circumcision/frenectomy I had about 2.5 years ago in Los Angeles, US was the cause of my ED. More specifically, that surgery reduced my libido greatly so that I was not as horny as before and erection would requiring stronger stimuli.
For some reasons, it so happened that I didn't aware that is ED until this March. I was very stressful and anxious since this January for job-related issues. At almost same time I got severe testicle pain, and felt that my balls were shrink in size(atrophy). That brought me to see uro in China. Blood tests, urine tests and testicle ultrasound were performed and everything was normal. Only then I remembered to mention my ED with the uro. He suggested a Doppler to figure out if there is VL.
Later during the Doppler test a technician injected my penis with 2 ml of alprostadil, it was quite painful and my erection wasn't too hard and last only for 40 minutes or so. But, the terrible thing is, about 3-5 minutes later after injection, the technician noticed a visible 20 degree penile twist toward right. Since then my dick remains twisted . I went straight into panic after noticing this BS. Now, my penis has a obvious 10 to 70 degrees twist to right when flaccid, and about 20 to 40 degrees when erect. There is also a noticeable slight curvature when erected. And this is certainly caused by the injection on the right side of my penis.
I have been to several Chinese uro after onsite of deformity. But in an odd way, none of the uro, including myself, could find any palpable plaque/bump on my penis. Someone asked an ultrasound in flaccid, and the doctor couldn't find any large plaque either. However, she reported that there are many calcification points. I have no clue if these points are related with the injection though. Based on the symptom, I guess the injection gave me Peyronie's or penile fibrosis.
Treatment:
Most uro I see in China use "wait and see plus vita E" strategy. Now after searching online, I am on 6 weeks of Pentox and low dose Viagra plus some other supplement, nothing happened yet.
btw in last year, I tried Viagra for 1 time, turns out it was quite effective. During that night when sleeping with a girl, my erection last almost whole night. Indeed my cock was able to up very easily for the next 1-2 days. However, after onsite of penile torsion, viagra seems no longer that effective. Thus likely the injury worsen my erection as well.
Some Questions:
I am curious if anyone had similar twist/torsion/Peyronie's issue, esp. appeared by a single penile injection? I.e. not develop slowly and gradually after hundreds of injections but all at once. The risk of injection seems vary greatly. And is it common to have penile deformity when there is no sensible bump? Thanks for any input.
