I pump pretty regularly between sessions to maintain "form". Only moderate no strain, just lifting off the tube.

Pumping seems to add some good girth (maybe 1/2"+ diameter) but not much length so far (maybe 1/2" so far). The head and glans are especially noticeable. It does seem much plumper and bigger and pinker when flaccid.

The Q: Do folks pump before injecting and sex? If so is there an optimum timing?

My concern is that the extra girth may require more Tri-Mix to maintain the same stiffness on the erection or it may fade more quickly. Wifey want both girth and stiffness. Thanks.

I’m a grower and my penis is about 1 inch diameter at flaccid. I never pump before the injection or sex. Maybe tag on it a few times to get the blood going. After injection I massage the injection site and tag on the whole pains to desribute the meds. I imuse only 3-4 units which is literally a drop so I want to make sure that gets all over.

With the injection I seem to get my maximum girth and the head gets enforced too so I see no reason to pump.

A quick pump prior to injection increases the size of your dick, making it easier to inject. However, I believe if you pump for more than a minute or so, you will increase the amount of blood in your dick such that you will dilute the normal amount of your injection and accordingly, you will need to inject more to achieve the same effect.

I mean pump like an hour or two or 3 before. Yes I always plump a bit with some good foreplay just before injecting to improve the target. Agree it might not well distribute or flush the chemicals if done just before. Just wondering about others experience. I pumped today about 3 hours before and wifey said the girth was very impressive. Girth counts.

Yep I find I always have better results if I pump befor injecting. I usually use a bath mate. Not over pumped.

I do the same..pump a bit before injecting..if I can...Definitely makes a difference girth wise and getting the Trimix into the "sweet spot".

I don't pump before injecting but manually try to get a semi erection before injecting. It is easier to find a safe spot away from blood vessels. Once I am semi-rigid I pull my foreskin back as far as possible and inject about 1 inch from the gland. My men's clinic injects one finger width from the base with an autoinject, which I tried in the beginning. I got very spotty results using this method and hit my Peyronies scar tissue near the base which made a mess as well as leaving another permanent lump near the plaque. When the autoinject hits a hard spot it won't penetrate to the proper spot and the mix is lost when you take it out. The auto inject needle is 1/2 inch and penetrate to 5/16 inch. The diameter of the injector covers so much surface you can't see the correct spot. I now use a 31G 5/16 inch needle and manually inject and have very good results. I have been able to cut back from 30 units to 20

There was no fluffing or growing in my poor little dick.The VAC gave me a better target to shoot at.

I pump every day so yes I pump before injecting. Sometimes an hour before or a few hours before. Pumping gives my cock a jump start and gets the Trimix working quicker.
