I’ve used injections for about 6 months and I don’t like them. Was going for the implant but insurance said no. Back to injections. Never really got that full like I’m 20 again errection. Tried the trimix and caverject. Gonna try a different strength of trimix. Has anyone used a small dose of daily viagra and the Tri-Mix, and have you added a VED just for therapy. I have total ED.Insulin dependent diabetes cardiovascular disease HBP and BPH. 62 yrs old. Last time good penetrating sex 5 yrs ago

I've been using Trimix successfully for almost 10 years now. I'm not insulin dependent, but am Type II diabetes + heart stuff, etc. I'm fortunate, I think, in that the original formula my Urologist prescribed worked great the very first time and has worked fine ever since--never a need to tinker with the formula. However, I do vary the dosage. First dose (in the clinic) was 30 units and as much as I enjoyed that "19 again without the stupid" erection, that was WAY too high. I settled at 6 to 10 units after 2 or 3 months of experimenting and have stayed there since. I have found that sometimes I can do 6 units and get a raging erection instantly one day and do the very same dose the next day and need to use visual/manual stimulation to get hard. I think, but cannot confirm, that it may relate to my blood chemistry fluctuations from day to day. My advice is to talk in detail with your urologist. He/she is your friend, believe me. Throughout my treatment process, as we tried this and that, my mantra was "This is not an acceptable outcome." And finally, BAZINGA! Keep that in mind. Best of luck.

I hear you on rings! Way before I used a VED. Way before Viagra, I used rings. A strategically placed ring seemed to enhance both our pleasures. What's not to love about a well fitted ring?

At this stage I prefer Tantus C rings, I have both the intermediate and the advanced silicone C-rings.
