Does anyone have experience with trimix using the type of carry case that is used for insulin?

Yes, I have used a carry-case like this when my wife and I go on travel for a week or less. Typically, this requires two syringes pre-loaded with Trimix. The case I have has built-in cooling material. I put the whole thing, syringes and all, into the freezer the night before we leave and then pack it in my carry on. So far, I have only used this with trips of a few hours duration. Once at the hotel, I put the whole thing back in the freezer compartment of the small refrigerator in the hotel room. The Trimix apparently stayed cold during the trip and worked well when I injected a couple of days later. I believe that there was a thread on Franktalk several months ago discussing the various ways that men have taken Trimix on travel.

There are varuious solutions, including the Frio and similar pouches for carrying a vial or two of Trimix and syringes. Some single guys out dating may simply place a filled syringe in an eyeglass case. It all depends on your situation.

Doing a search on this site for "Frio" will get you into posts where guys with injection experience talk about various options for traveling with your loaded syringes.
