Hey guys, good to read everyone posts. I've used Trimix for a few years with mixed results...usually pretty good but the length of "effectiveness" time always seems to vary..not alot of consistency. I know there are other factors involved here.
Two questions please-

The directions that come from the pharmacy I use (Anazeo in Las Vegas) states to keep pressure on the injection site for 5 minutes are the injection. Is it really necessary for 5 minutes? Does anyone know what this is for-to distribute the medicine? or to prevent bruising? I've been bruised numerous times. In fact, the injection didn't work at all last night, so I re-injected at another site, still no response. This caused me to bruise badly. Today I am very discolored and sore. I used a pretty high dosage too. .5 dpes not seem to work for me. The bottle is new and has always been refrigerated. How long does a dosage typically last for you guys?

i use .5ml, usually last over an hour up to two hours, depending on what i consumed that day. I have started to adjust dosage and have been sucessful with .3 ml, but not as long , probably 45 minutes to an hour. Only brusied a couple of times, i assumed it was a vein i hit during the injection.

Yesterday I did .06ml (6 units) which gave me 95% for and hour and a half. I use the 30-1-10 Trimix strength.

As you have been using trimix for over a year I assume you haven't been on it consistently. Being methodical with injection site and slowly adjusting the dose is I have found, essential for good results. Some inconsistency does occur but I'm sure that's "operator error" largely.

I think the 5 minutes of pressure is to stem any bleeding, which I rarely see anyway. Bruising seems to occur due to the fleshy area being injected moving around while the needle is in - you need to try to keep it either stretched or, preferably, plumped up.
