Trimix / Ultrasounds

Hi there,

I am going for a penile ultrasound on Thursday, and being shown how to inject trimix.

Can anyone give me a idea of what to expect with the ultrasound / injection, I am concerned I might ejaculate while the ultrasound is taking place.

I agree that the setting will not be conducive to ejaculating. If you need these tests, you must have symptoms of ED and I just don't think stimulation will take place as easily as you envision. I've had ultrasounds with both a male and female tech, and neither person caused any anxiety or embarrassment. On the contrary, I was able to ask clinical questions and that changed the conversation dynamics from something I feared would be sexual to something more about what they were seeing on their ultrasound screen.
Married, ED for 28 yrs. On Trimix for many yrs. Lived in the Adirondacks of NY but moved south. Cancerous prostate removed in 2023. Hernia (from prostate surgery) repaired in 2024. Urinary sling implanted 2025.
