Getting the Doseage Right
Getting the Doseage Right
I finally, finally got my hands on some trimix. My uro apparently has 0.1 ml as the starter dose and the pharmacist advised me to up the dose by 0.05 increments should I not have satisfactory results. I am assuming that means after 24 hours I should try 0.15ml then perhaps 0.2ml etc. and not more than 3 times in a week. Yes? No?

In my humble non-medical professional opinion, you should have Pseudoephedrine on hand before use in case you need help getting it down. It helps for some guys. Get the regular pseudoephedrine. You'll have the ask the pharmacist for it as it's behind the counter because of the meth cookers. Ask your doctor about using Pseudoephedrine to help relieve an overly long erection.
It's better to error on the side of caution. You can always take more next time.
Follow your doctors instructions.
Good luck.

What is the strength of your Trimix script? Do a lot of homework on needle placement because if you don't inject the medicine into the right sweet spots nothing will happen and perhaps you would accidentally assume it wasn't enough medicine and up the dosage. There should be tons of posts here to read over about needle depth and placement.

Get the regular pseudoephedrine
Check
Follow your doctors instructions
I got more info from my Pharmacist. Changing uro next month. At least the pharmacist is a doctor. I'm just backing up my instructions with my bros at FT.
What is the strength of your Trimix script
10/30/1
From what I've seen on FT that's sort of a medium strength. I've tried Edex20 before and pretty much located placement but the stuff had little effect. Tried 0.1ml of Trimix and Lil Alfa woke up but not quite there. One step at a time it is.

That's a standard weak starter mix. 30 papavarine, 1 phentolamine, 10 PGE1. I was told to start at 0.20ml and work up in 0.10 increments as I'd already been on Caverject and had a fair baseline. But with Tri-Mmx I can get by with less PGE1 which is good for me because I get a fair burn and ache from it.
One great piece of advice that bldoink handed out was to use the best light possible to inject to avoid veins. My 3 misses were in poor light and hurried. Study it carefully. I "fluff" ahead of time to give a bigger clearer target. Use 1-2 min of direct pressure with the prep pad while massaging the rest to distribute the chemical better. I usually use direct sunlight near a window (live in the country and can pee off my front porch) and have a backup spotlight in dim/darker light.
I have found that I "last longer" - which can be great for your partner if reasonable to her - with a stronger dose but it aches more for me and I cannot usually achieve ejaculation. So we take turns getting off - her 2-3 and me one. Have fun!!
