Lump Dissapation over 1-2 week time

Hi,
Whenever I inject a small lump develops at the injection site about the size of an almond no matter where on the shaft I inject. I usually inject 10 Units of Super Quad mix (100 pge). The lump always disappears after 1-2 weeks. I have told my Uro about this and did have him check me out and he could not give me an answer except for "stop injecting". Easy for him to say as Insurance told me that a implant is not covered. I've been injecting for 2 1/2 years and this issue started about 5 months ago. I have not changed pharmacies that supply my Quadmix, but I did have some "leftover" Trimix from another compounder and IT gave me lumps too.

Has anyone experienced this???

You got me on that one!
How are you injecting?
Have you tried a control with just a needle poke with no meds?

It sounds like it's going interstitial which is when it just goes into surrounding tissue and not into where you are wanting it to go. If I had to guess, I would say you are not deep enough. :)

1. Just like I always have, I'll get the needle in, pull on plunger til I see a little blood then inject.
2. NO I have not, but maybe I'll give that a go.
