For me I had been taking Viagra for many years not sure how long but had several brakes since I got deployed with Army Reserves. It seemed That each time they worked less and less. I even tried supplements such as arginine to no avail. When I was switched to injections it was because about the only thing I getting out of Viagra was a headache.
Recently the doctor wanted me to try it again and nothing not even a little but boy was the headache intense and I hadn’t used Viagra in aver 18 months

I just started trimix about a month ago. Was using Viagra for 4 or 5 years and Cialis before that. Cialis totally stopped working hence the switch to Viagra. The Viagra started to get problematic toward the end so I had to try trimix. I still use the pills now and then and the break does seem to help, but I don't trust them.

Still working out the bugs with the mix but it does work. Currently on a low dose (I think) .8/.22/.08 up to 30 units - Started at 10

I think it's a tolerence issue. There was no known issue for my "issue" had advanced testing done. No VL average flow in

I think it was a progression of my ED I've tried to figure out the cause but I can't. It could have been anything from days riding a bicycle to mental health.
I've been using Alprostadile Injections for about 18 months give or take before I started noticing other issues and was diagnosed with Peyronie's Disease. So far my curve is not enough to stop me from having sex but it does ache when I get hard either through injections or the rare night time erections

Pyronies and scaring from injections cane make an implant difficult. My implant dr said to stop injections after I developed a bend at midship.

When meds failed to work for me, my doctors moved on to try other things.

Taking Viagra on an empty stomach versus after eating a meal will make a HUGE difference in how well the Viagra will work. Try to always take it on an empty stomach or a while before a meal and wash it down with a tall glass of water to make it more effective. Viagra still works for me but if distracted, in an awkward uncomfortable position or the wife suddenly starts acting like a hag that erection can go away pretty fast. Trimix takes care of those variables and keeps that erection there no matter what until the medicine wears off.

curious about which way your bend was and degree. up down? left or right?
