I have tried 2 injections and both times same result. No erection in the shaft, but head of penis enlarges, and ended up with small hole in glans with blood and injected liquid coming out from springing a leak here. Anyone experience this?

I assume you are green to injections? Sounds like you're not injecting into the right area which you've found out does not give you the desired results and is critical to it's effectiveness. Watch some videos on how to inject Trimix, do some studying, read up on older posts here on franktalk or go see a urologist for some training. Please RESEARCH as much as you can. Trimix is great stuff but does take some schooling and can easily send you to the hospital with a boner that won't go away if you inject too much. I use 31 guage 5/16 long syringes and bury the needle in at 3 o'clock about 1 to 2 inches from the base of my dick and switch to 9 o'clock the next time I need an erection alternating sides with each dose. My belief is that 1/2" long needles are too long for most guys unless you are well endowed, don't put it in all the way or using an automatic injection device with them which allows you to set the desired depth of the injection. You need to inject the medicine into the CAVERNOSA tubes that run up and down the length of the shaft of your dick. I can easily insert the needle into the skin of my dick and then the cavernosa is much harder to puncture(its still easy, just much harder than the skin) once the needle is through that second layer I bury the 5/16" needle all the way in. Make sure you are injecting into the right area before you start increasing your dosages or there could be bad consequences. What kind of syringes are you using? How bad is your ED, does Viagra still work? What is the strength of your Trimix prescription? Where did you get your Trimix? Did a urologist give you your first dose? My original script was to inject 0.1(10 units) 40/30/1 Trimix which was way too much for me and my boner lasted 5 hours after taking 120mg(4 30mg pills) of old school regular 4 hour Sudafed after 3 hours to help get rid of the erection. Some guys here on franktalk use less and a lot of guys use a lot more. Start with a low conservative dose making sure that it is in the right spot before you try to increase your dosage and if you do need to increase the dosage do it in very small increments.

Just happened to me. I did not inject the head but did 1-inch from the base. penis puffed up - i have yet to have a hard erection from shots - and then I bled from a small hole in the head for a few minutes. Then a round 1/2 in white spot appeared at the bleed site. doctor has no clue what this is !! thanks doc.

dtwarren1942 is right... sounds like you are going too deep and piercing the urethra. Are you using 5/16" or 1/2" syringes?

I am using 1/2 inch syringes. One time i injected and nothing happened becasue i injected in the wrong spot. God...it seems so hard to get right.

And at least you guys offer a possible reason. dame uro doc has no clue. Injecting 1.0 was probably way too much, right?
