I just got a script for 30-2-40 Trimix after going through a batch of 30-1-10 which failed me. I showed the Uro. the 'rocket fuel' formulas from Olympia(30-3-100 and 30-3-150-0.2) and his eyes bugged out. He never went that high. I also mentioned how I get best results when standing as opposed to laying down or sitting. At that he said that's venous leak and if the new formula fails the next step may be an implant. So far I tried 10 units but same ole same ole. Of course I'll try upping the dose but I have to wonder if anyone else has this laying down problem and was it overcome by a certain dosage or/and formula?

I think your doctor is right. If you have a bad venous leak the implant is currently the only somewhat permanent solution. That or VED and constriction rings, but that is a PITA.

I know I must have asked already but have you tried adding a quality, firm, but not overly tight cock ring to your tri-mix routine?

The doctor did mention the rings and yea I got the Lyps so we'll see.

You just described me. I have up my tri mix and have gone the full dosage and the results are the same as the first shot with lower m ix.When I stand it helps but I NEVER get erect enough to penetrate my wife. I can use a slightly larger ring than what I would use before I started on injections but having to pump up after getting a shot and putting a ring on and choking my dick takes all the fun out of it and is damn depressing!
I wish I could find a good surgeon in the Roanoke Va. area to do the implant.

The ring never worked for me during sex and never at night only in the morning. For me the last straw was when out of desperation instead of discretely inflating in the bathroom I brought it into the bed room. That was for me dehumanizing. Didn't work anyway. Damn tired of selfish "hurry up before it's gone" sex.
