My size erections in vacuum are pretty god, but my erections naturally by manipulation are really small. I'm going to start using cavrject, can I expect a good size erection? Once a week ago I got a decent erection by manuplation naturally but it didin't sustain very long (2 minutes). Is the injection going to give me the best size I naturally can?
Also can I inject once in my house then leave to use it after 20/25 minutes?

Re: Starting injections what to expect
My humble non-medical, layman opinion.
In general, for those for which injections are effective, the injections (once dosage is determined) will produce the maximum erection you are capable of at the time.
Yeah, that was pretty vague. That's all I have. There are just too many variables. Adding a signature that includes your general age, cause of ED and it's duration would make it easier for those wishing to respond to your inquiries.
How long the injection induced erection will last is dependent on both the cause of your ED and the strength and volume of your injection. With some guys, they wouldn't want to waste that 20/25 minutes as they won't have the time to spare. For others that won't be an issue. In the best case scenario you will be traveling to your destination pretty obviously boned out, if that's an issue. Personally, I think the better policy would be to get proficient at injecting. You might want to try one of those auto injectors for that lifestyle so it can be done on the fly while at your destination.
You obviously need to experiment a bit with the injections. Sometimes it does take a while to work out dosage so have patience.

Re: Starting injections what to expect
bldoing gave quite a good overview of things.
Only thing i'd add is - Since you mention using Caverject, there's practically 0 adjustment and "dosage" to determine, you only get 2 doses - 10 and 20 mg. Sadly, if this is your only option, don't expect miracles, it's a monomix drug that has a so-so effect (at least for me). Others here on the forums, who have access to Trimix, Quadmix and other custom formula drugs report much better results than i've ever seen on my personal use.
Still, whatever the case, injections are the only viable options for some, like me, so if you need it... don't overthink it, just experiment and enjoy what you can get.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

I will se how my penis react to caverject. If it's not enough I will ask for trimix but I don't know if they have in Brazil. Hopefully caverject will work

I never had any success with injections after pills stopped working. I tried all kinds of agents and different doses but no response at all.

Re: Starting injections what to expect
I use generic Viagra with Mono-Mix (alprostadil AKA PGE-1) and previously used Viagra with Edex which, I believe, is comparable to Caverject. I don't believe the practice is generally recommended by medical professionals due to risk of priapism. My ED is caused by a prostatectomy and associated nerve damage. My Ed is profound but unrelated to venous leakage or psychological issues. That may influence my ability to combine the drugs. Consult your doctor.
I expect the Caverject will work. It usually does when injected correctly. Most of the guys here are implant guys. That means that in most cases the injects don't or didn't work for them. That will skew the ratio of people reporting success with injections.

Re: Starting injections what to expect
I've been using EDEX/Caverject for some 13 or so years now, and have always had slightly random results. Hell, even my uro didn't manage to do it properly the first time around. And i can tell, after that many years of use, it's not about "bad technique", or it IS but there's not much you can do about it. Sometimes it's a miss and that's it.
As for using Edex/Caverject with Viagra or something similar, if you are new to these things better try them separately before combining. In theory there's no other danger than having an erection for too long... but better be safe than sorry.

Re: Starting injections what to expect
I am 18 I'm too new for this ed thing. I got injected with an antypsicothic and this gave me ed. It was 77 days ago. I am in the hope that it is still in my system as it has a long half life of 25-49 days and this is making my dick doesn't work. But while I have this ed I want to use this injections to fell like a man again. It's been hell for me, I'm feeling like shit. 18 years old and a dead dick. I'm probably gonna fuck a hooker if this injection work just to feel good with my self. I hope this ed it's not permanent, but if it is, I'm open minded to do an implant an move on with my life. Because if my dick doesn't come backs to normal it's going to be difficult to have a normal sex lift with injections at 18 years old.
This year I'm going to solve this problem. By the end of the year or even before, if my dick doesn't start working again, I will go for the implant.

Re: Starting injections what to expect
I'd do some serious research before doing anything, if i were you.
We all have ED here we know how bad it can be... I've had it all my life because of a cancer i had when i was a baby. Life as a young man with ED IS hard, but today there's quite a few things you can do, compared to back in the day.
If you have long-term ED, you'll have to come to terms that you won't have the "average sex life" of a guy who's fucking around everything that moves, you'll have to look for a serious partner who's mature enough to understand this kind of problems and help you fight it.
