I took a shot and I noticed a little blood came out of my penis. I'm assuming I went to deep.... has anybody had this happen before?

Assuming the blood exited your shaft and not your urethra, you probably knocked a vein.
You’ll be ok.

You went too deep, are using too long a needle, or injecting in the wrong place. What size needle, and where did you inject? (think of your dick as a clock, with the top-side being 12 o'clock.

5 o'clock is your mistake. Trimix should be injected at about 2 o'clock or 10 o'clock. And3/8 inch needles are more than enough for most guys.

I do 2 to 4 and 8 to 10. I believe the official sweet spots are 3 and 9. Depending on anatomy I think a 1/2" needle not quite buried or a 5/16 buried plus are both good. 5 O'clock is too low. I suspect you did hit your urethra.

You must've pierced the Urethra. I did it once and it did freak me out! No big deal tho, bleeding stopped quickly.
