Dry versus liquid

I need to order quadmix and of the two pharmacies I contacted one sells only the powder form ( fairly cheap to ship)and the other sells the liquid form only (much more expensive to ship)
Is there any difference between the two other than the fact that the dry has to br reconstituted ?
I assume the dry doesn't have to be kept refrig./frozen until reconstituted ? Can the dry be stored longer than the liquid? Any difference in potency ,etc ?
