Have been on injections for over 10 years now... initially when it was working well, my wife is able to ride me on top, as the penis gets really hard and doesn't slip out.

but now that the Trimix is not working effectively, it is getting difficult almost impossible to maintain hardness while I am lying on my back. this makes it impossible to have her on top.

I have changed my Trimix regimen, but it only gives me about 70-80% hardness. Do others have the same experience / difficulties with woman on top position?

There area a number of posts where this is discussed. Search "top" or "on top" and see what you get. Seems to be the first position to go when things start getting limper. It usta be a fave but . . .

i have the same issue when she is on top, though she likes it that way. i have a little venous leakage that cause me to limp a little while laying on my back.

I have venous leakage. As a result I can't have woman on top sex anymore because I loose my erection as soon as I'm on my back. My Uro suggested using a cock ring. I haven't tried one yet.

Eventually all medications lose effectiveness. There are other physical symptoms as well. Are you at maximum strength and dosage?

I've had venous leak all my life. I have never, not even once, succeeded in sex when woman is on top.

Can confirm that women on top doesn't work. We switch to doggy, or my standing and using our sex chair and everything is fine. but if she starts trying to ride me, it start going soft almost immediately. This is with 30
