Hello Everyone,
New here but wanted to share my story. I started on Bimix a few months back as I have been battling ED my whole adulthood. I think it’s part psychological and part physical. It basically created a vicious cycle through the years with my confidence. I am fairly healthy with a few extra pounds but recently started BP meds and I am also taking Testim for low T. I have also started to change my diet to loose some weight. I started out using Cialis for about 8 years before anxiety started killing the effects, basically I’d loose my erection if I was stressed or had performance anxiety. I have an understanding wife but she is younger than me. I am 42 and She is 34. I have been honest with her about the issues. I started injections after meeting with my urologist and it has really made a difference in my sex life. However along the way I have had a few issues with the injections. Namely inconsistent results for dosing. I was away with my wife and after a couple of uses I had a scare where my erection wouldn’t go down until about 3 and a half hours. Now being away that was frightening having to go to a hospital but that has only happened once. These injections are a god send. I know everyone has different results but I’d like to share mine:
After injection 10-15 units: Erection in usually 4-5 min. Stay erect for another hour or so. Then it feels like Cialis where the erection goes down but I get excited and it’s back up again.
Morning wood is back the following morning. I usually don’t get these all that much but wow. Nice.
Had a failure once or twice probably due to injection site where I reinjected and I was good to go.
Feel like I get a mental sex boost and feel more confident.
8 units: I do this if I feel like watching some porn on my own. I am so anxious getting an erection regular masturbation is difficult. Maybe partly to blame for to much porn. Results are awesome for a 8 units. I’m wondering if I could bring down the dosage for sex with the wife. I’ll have to continue to experiment.
Does anyone have any issues with BP Meds effecting results? Seems I have no issues. But I’m working out and eating right to continue to lower it.
Anyone else suffer from psychological ED?
How long have you all been on Bimix? Did you ever need to up dosage or move to Trimix over time. I love the results. It’s so awesome not stressing about sex or being anxious. I hope I can use these for life. Anyways look forward to hearing from you all.

It seems to me you're on the right road. Here are are few thoughts based on my personal experience.
Meds may do what they are supposed to do, but virtually all of them affect other body functions in one form or another. Hence all the warnings on every package. As we get older (my doc's favorite saying, the rate bastard), we often take medicine to fix one booboo, then take another medicine to fix the side effects of the first one. Getting older is not for wimps.
So yes, since erections depend on blood flow to the penis, a healthy circulatory system is critical. Any malfunction of the cardiovascular system--and every remedy for said malfunction--has the potential to affect the ability of one's favorite body part to function as designed.
I would also remind you that LDS (Limp Dick Syndrome) is not a disease--it is a symptom of another disease. Identify that disease--diabetes, blood pressure, ugly women--and treat that disease. That's the first step in "curing" or coping with the ED.
Point the third: the biggest sex organ in male or female is the brain. That is all. Peace out. Here's to hard times.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.
