trimix dose

I'm new to injecting trimix. My formula is called "standard" and is: PGE1 8.3, Phentolamine 0.83 and Papaverine 22.5. All are mcg/ml. I had my first shot at Uro's office six days ago, ten units, 1/10 of the 100 unit syringe. Erection lasted four hours, even after taking three Sudafeds, 90 mg. total. Drove to his office, got a shot and all was good. Four days later I injected just 2 units at home and it got fairly "puffy" but no erection. I am only going to inject when the PA is in the office. I plan to inject tomorrow morning. My question, how many units should I try? I had nerve sparring RP six months ago, get reasonable response from 50 mg. viagra but not enough for penetration. I appreciate your thoughts.

I'd put in a call to the doctors office describing your reaction to 2 units and ask him how much to bump up. Are you fairly confident on your injection technique? If so I'd be thinking 4 - 5 units but I'm no doctor. The prudent thing would be to ask your doctor.
Good luck.

bldonick,
Thank you for your excellent reply. Great minds think alike, I was thinking a full 4 units or perhaps 5. A PA handles all of the ED stuff at my Uro's office. When I left after the shot to bring down my erection, he said to try eight units next time. There was no way I was going to do that when ten units gave me an absolute steel pipe for four hours, even after Sudafed. This morning I injected five units and it gave me an 8/10 erection for 90 minutes, plenty rigid for intercourse.
Using a 1/2", 30 gauge needle and am happy with technique. Thank you again for your suggestions and all the best to you!
