I used a Lyps cock ring around the balls and dick and almost had success laying down but once I tried entering went limp. Stood up, lubed up and had wifey scoot to the edge of the mattress. Finally got some semblance of intercourse. Afterwards my poor dick felt like I had squeezed it in a vice for ,like, an hour. At least sitting down, feet up the pressure eased. At 100 units this routine is getting expensive. Not only that but my Uro. says this is the highest strength the pharmacy makes. At this rate it looks like it's back to a VED until I can get Medicare to help pay for an implant. Bottom line - venous leak.
I am using a 100/30/3 formula -- so you still have a ways to go before you max out on that 60/30/3 strength. Olympia Pharmacy in Orlando, and Coastal Compounding Pharmacy, in West Palm Beach, will mix at 100/30/3. Empower Pharmacy, in Houston, will go as high as 130/30/3. There are other pharmacies that will mix the more powerful blends, but it's a matter of whether they are licensed to ship to your state. Consider checking with those pharmacies about cost compared to your current formula and if they can ship- to your state. If the cost is affordable and they can ship to you, then go back to your doctor and tell him you want to try the stronger mix.
The one thing I have learned in this journey is that as the paitient you have to study, learn and keep pushing your doctor to find a solution that works for you. Trimix is such a small portion of most urologist's business and as a result, frankly, a lot of them don't know how to treat some paitents using injections.
Some of us here -- includng me -- use a combination therapy. We combine pills with the injections.
Warning: I am not a doctor and the use of Cialis, Viagra or other pills or other ED drugs while using Trimix is strictly forbidden by most medical professionals.Combining the drugs could lead to a severe case of priapism --an erection lasting more than four hours.Despite those warnings some of us on this board successfully combine say, daily Cialis, along with the injections. In my case, as I have said so often here, I don't think I could develop priapism even if I tried. My ED is that severe. But with the higher strength Trimix and the Cialis I am getting some usable results.
Good luck to you in your journey. Don't give up on erections until you have have had a try at that 100/30/3 formula.
