I don't now but when I did Edex I was injecting a whole ml. It's not the volume of saline that matters it the actual amount of meds. You need a stronger mix and IMHO a cock ring.

So what you think in my thread i am asking if it takes 65 units and 30mg VIRGRA and my mix is 16.7/0.58/17. I only get to usa 45 days a year and my 6 ml script is only good 4 about 10 shots i did bring 12 ml this time but thats 20 shots in 11 months not cutting it i need to double 2 times my mix to get it down to say 20 units a time then with 20 units i can get 60 times every 10 months

Get a stronger script. 0.05ml is enough for a 4 hour stiffy for me.

Robert,
My very non-professional opinion is that your doctor is way too conservative.

However, my personal experience is only with Edex and compounded Mono-mix. Any opinions I have on Tri-mix, etc., are based solely on the experiences of others as reported on this site and elsewhere. I'm just a Bubba bungling through life.

To my uneducated mind, it would seem that your med strength needs to be at least doubled. I'd think the PGE-1 should be truly doubled as well as the other ingredients. But, it's my understanding that 1 + 1 does not = 2 when mixing many compounded medications including Tri-mix. As best I can tell from the myriad mixes available, Tri-mix formulations are more akin to alchemy than anything else.

So, the best I can do is post (In the "Documents Worth Reading" thread in the General sub-forum) some examples of standard mixes available from several commercial compounding pharmacies.

So, I guess all of that to say I don't know, other than stronger. Again, I'm not a doctor.
