Hardness duration with Tri-Mix

Hi! 1st post. Love the forum and helped my to try injections. Currently using .5 ml of PGE-1, Question I have is after ejaculating in too quick time, I go semi soft 20 minutes, then hard for 2 hours. Would Tri-Mix keep me hard to keep going?
56 years old 6'4" 355#, on blood pressure and blood thinners. ED last 5 years, PE whole life. Pills feel like the flu
