Ok i have a mix on the weak side and i have burned thru 12 ml in 3 months some thru learning to inject some being too safe starting at 10 units then 15 etc etc finally getting there with 65 units. 30 mg of V and a ring. SO NOW I AM FORCED to use all i have left which is some 20 edex which i can get 4 a month so my question as i can assum it will take at least 65 units can i inject that amount see after 30 no lift off inject the rest of the 100 unit shot?

I have had a prostatectomy 11-2018. I am on the weakest script of trimix. I was trying up to ..65 and I saw good results but it wasn’t totally ridged. I called the nurse for the next dosage and when I said I used .65 she said .50 is the Max to inject. I’m going on my 3 mo appt in a couple of weeks. Hope to get a bump in the prescription.

If you are injecting that much, your Uro should give you a stronger formula. That's what mine did for me.

I'd guess as long as you kept the needle clean and capped off it would be OK to use the remainder later during that same event. The instructions with Edex clearly state to not save leftovers for an other event. Edex cartridges are designed for you to inject the whole ml at once if it's needed. I'm guessing you're going to need the whole thing. I think you'll be asking for the Edex 40s, which they should be able to give you. But I'm not a doctor. Ask your doctor.

On special occasions, I have reserved some in the syrnge, 0.10-0.30 ml for seconds after firsts wear off a bit for good effect, but I would not save a used syringe for the next event. I never fill syringes in advance of 1 hour or so, just enough to get the mix up to room temp. Even at that I swab the needle with a fresh alcohol swab and cover it before the 2nds. Who likes sloppy seconds . . . .
