Keep Getting Misfires on the Right Side?

Just trying to understand a little better what could cause this, I have only tried right side 3 times so far so maybe im just positioning wrong, but I have never had a misfire on the left side.

Each time I have injected on right side so far, just that side swells up a little bit, but I dont get a full erection and it feels like "it didnt work" like whatever units i took on that side "didnt register"

could it just be the tissue is a little different on that side and I still have to keep trying different injection spots?

When I inject on the left, It works perfectly, my penis doesnt bend to one side, or the right side doesnt feel "soft" or like its not getting blood or something when I get an erection everything feels normal all around, its just the three injections I have done on the right side so far have all been duds for some reason.

Also I get a bit of a "bump" there like a bruise or something, almost like I injected under my skin or not deep enough or something, I just dont know

Yep, it sounds like a depth issue to me. Are you trying to determine needle depth placement by plunger resistance or if not that, by aspiration?

I dont know, I am only injecting a small number of units, and ive never really felt any difference in resistance regardless.. I dont do aspiration

I know im not supposed to inject same side twice in one day but i will never make a habit of this I just wanted to try it once to see if i could do it right, now i will have to wait a few days and give it a break on that side

but I just tried again on that side 4th time al together now since the first time i did it 2 weeks ago and "nothing".. 10 units on left side gives me max erection for hours.. just to give some context..

I injected 3 times in same day today, yes i know a huge nono and I dont plan on ever ever doing it again as long as I live, and i hit different spots each time. i was just trying to diagnose problem.. but first i did 7.5 units on right side.. slight swelling , nothing

took 3 units on left side, felt immediate "kick" got hard erection, but only lasted 15 minutes or so like all i got was those 3 units

just tried another 4 units on right side again , nothing.. so now i have 11.5 units total in right side and it feels like I took nothing, may as well have been water.. just the right side swelled up a little giving my penis a bend like what happened before when I injected right side, I may have to try further up the shaft or some different places over next few days.. or maybe I need a bigger needle for that side, im not sure what could be wrong, whenever i inject left side and it works i can feel a "kick" like all teh sudden blood comes in and fills out my penis.. when im doing right side im not feeling that at all so far

Have to give it a break now for like 2 days then I will have to try again

Here's my experiences. I filled my first Rx for Trimix in late May of this year (30mg papaverine HCL, 1mg phentolamine MES, 10mcg alprostadil per ML). Filled the second Rx a couple weeks ago. Each vial of the Rx contains 5ML. My injected dosage is 0.15ML (same as saying 0.15cc or saying 15 units in a 100 unit syringe). I have self injected about 35 times since May.

I follow the instructions in terms of injection site, 10am (left side) or 2pm (right side) and half-way down the shaft of my penis. I have had one "misfire" or "dud". I think I shot into a vein rather than the tissue, and the Trimix flushed away into my blood supply. I believe it's important to stretch your penis enough before injecting to bring the small veins into view, so you can avoid hitting one of them. Also, I believe my misfire was injected too close to the base of my penis.

If you know that you have placed all your shots in the right-side properly, hurry up and make an appt to see your URO.

I agree, see your doctor. Take your meds and syringes with you and do a demo with your doctor in the problem side. Get him to help you figure out what is going wrong. Don't keep shooting misses into the same side. I suspect that's not a good habit.

ftwabeck3533, you mention 10am and 2 pm. Is that with the top of your penis ( the side facing you ) IS 12 O'CLOCK ?

Yes, like a clock with 12 at the top.
