can you inject 1/2 on left and 1/2 on right side.has anyothis

I have been on trimix for a month,20 per injection stays hard for 4_5 hrs was wondering if anyone has tried injecting half on each side.80 year old.pills dont work.use only once a week.should have started 20 years ago.
