Cock rings, climacturia, and injections

As I have just started injections, does anyone find cockrings helpful in keeping better erections and or preventing climacturia? I’ve had to use a pump several times after injecting to improve firmness. When I have a strong orgasm, I’m ejaculating pee with a force I never had before surgery. Cock ring recommendations?

I inject trimix as well. I definitely find a cock ring makes me significantly stiffer. I bought a couple stretchy silicone ones at a good adult toy place. Both work well. One has three holes (entire package through one hole, sack through a second hole, shaft through a third). The other ring is an “ox-balls pig ring” (nice name, no?). It’s thick, stretchy, and just goes under the balls and around the top of the shaft. Easy on, easy off. Works great. Check it out.

I can’t speak to the climacturia as I haven’t experienced that although I’m sure others here have.
