Can I use my pump then inject? I ask because I have not used trimix for several months then when I did it did not fill penis all the way around just in some spots and looked like hell. I started to use my pump again to fill the whole penis and thought if I did that and then used my trimix it will fill the complete penis, thoughts

I don't see why not. There's several posts suggesting that one be plumped up before injecting to better find a good injection site.The only problem I see is that the injected fluid will be more diluted. I would caution about using a tension ring though. And don't pump immediately after injecting. For sure you'll have bleeding and possible scarring.

Just got back from Uro he said ok to pump up then inject hold injection site a min and good to go. I guess Ill have to figure out if I need more trimix as I go

I read that injection is easier with a plump or semi erect penis so I tried it last night.
I pumped up, applied the ring and injected into my pumped up penis.
Injection was almost no pain, less than a mosquito bite.
But I bled & created a hemotoma at the injection site.
Next time, I won't use the ring.

I use to use a donut ring when I was doing the pills, it worked fine until they quit working. When I started injections I tried the same ring and after I injected I couldn't take it off well without disturbing the site and same happened to me. Quit using that one and got an adjustable one, you just release it and all is good. You can leave it there with no tension or after gets hard tighten up for more ridgity. Works great

what about using a pump after injection?

Some guys have done it without issue. I get blood and or a bruise at the injection spot when I do.
