Generally the starting dose is 10 units to check your response. I have no idea how your previous exposure to edex would factor in. Did your doctor not give you instructions? I would follow his/her advice.

Started tri-mix recently. Only used twice so far. Dr. started my dosage at .20ml and said I could increase in .10ml increments. First try worked, but not quite firm enough and lasted about 45 minutes. However, about an hour later put on a couple of penis rings that caused a hard erection lasting about an hour. Second time I upped to .30ml. Got firm erection lasting an hour and had satisfying intercourse with wife. I feel I can get even harder and for longer so I plan to use .40ml next. Follow your Drs instructions. Everyone is different.

I’m not a physician. The BEST advice is to ask your physician.
How many mcg of PGE1 where you injecting before? How many units of the new mix will give you the same mcg of PGE1? I personally would try 1/4 the number of mcg as a starting point. You now have 3 ingredients working to give you an erection.
I recently changed trimix strengths. I was getting so-so hardons with 50units of my previous mix. The new mix had one component remain the same, one quadrupled, and one doubled?!?! Which component was doing all the heavy lifting? Which one was doing very little? Who knows. So I started with 20units figuring it was a bit less than half. I tried it solo so there was no performance pressure. It got me in the ball park.
Have some Sudafed available. I was told that if my hardon was NOT going away at the 4 hour mark to pop a couple Sudafed and get to the MDs office or ER if his office was closed.

With my new mix one the pge 1 doubled from 17 77 to 45. The other from 0.58. To 1. Abd the last from 17 to 27. So i am thinking 1/2plus drop 5 units

Consider getting a stronger formulate. I started with 150/5/50 and just 5 units is enough for a 2-3hr towel rack. It's also much cheaper this way, a bottle can last easily 6+ months with moderate usage and hurts way less than slamming 20-80 units that I see others doing.

I've been experimenting of late with older Edex 20s. I've been mixing it in the edex vial and then drawing out of the mixed edex cartridge through the rubber at the needle end of the cartridge what amount I want with a different standard small gauge syringe and then refreezing the remainder until the next time. I've had some frozen that way for about 3 weeks. When I did use it I had no problems and the mixed cartridge appeared to do just fine in the freezer. This is obviously off label activity but I've had no problems to date. Of course my dick may fall off next week.

All their info says dont freeze or refrigate i wrap the vial in a paper towel thinking maybe their warnings have to do with moisture and put in refrigerator
