Remember to shake well before use!

I had my first TriMix failure over the weekend. Was in a rush and just grabbed the bottle out of the fridge, tilted it to suck out 10 units into the syringe and injected. I'm 99% sure the injection into the cavernosum was a success, but there was no "liftoff" at all! A big disappointment and I didn't want to risk doing a second injection on the same day.
Today I tried again but this time shook the bottle well and had the usual success.
The bottle hadn't been moved in a couple of weeks, so I think this proves that it is always best to shake the bottle well before using. This could perhaps account for some of the variability that some people are experiencing.

I have had injections like this before with 0 results and absolutely no reason for it! The injections out of same vial produces a normal number 10 erection. Makes no sense! Frustrarting a# well a# confusing.

Has a Dr. or pharmacy ever told someone to shake it? I don't see anything on the label. Interesting...

Think shaking is a good idea but never had any problems right out the fridge.

Neither my Uro or two pharmicist's I have had has mentioned shaking the bottle before filling a needle. The only instructions from the pharmacy was to keep bottles not being used at the moment in the freezer (I get 4 each 2.5ml bottles with each order) and keep the active bottle in the fridge. Not that it matters, but I keep the fridge bottle on it's side in the butter dish holder and placed so it rolls back and forth when I open the fridge. I am on my thrid bottle of trimix and have never seen anything but clear liquids.

My girlfriend is a pharmacist and she told me to always shake the meds really good before injection which I have always done since day 1 and never had any issues. I think regardless of it working or not, it's a good practice to get into.
