Trimix erection any better than you got taking pills or about the same?
Urologist is starting me on trimix trial this Thursday, curious of experienced users opinions!

I get very good boners with the proper injection dose. However, I can't really compare as the pills won't give me an erection.

The pills stopped working for me also, probably been two years. Started with erection that had to be rushed or lost and last year gone before could penetrate.
Dr. Wants me to try trimix before committing to implant!

On pills for a while but too many undesirable side effects. 4 years on straight PGE-1 has been a Godsend. Dr hit my dosage almost on the $. The injection is easy and guaranteed erection for 3 hours ( my results ) no matter if you're watching a good football game while at it..... it works !!!!

For me I’ve experienced pills, they stopped working though. Gave a very nice firm erection.
But nothing like Trimix! Wow, the Trimix makes me harder than I’ve ever was even when young! Love it, lasts 2 to 3 hours. Will gladly use injection as long as it works, then will certainly get implant.

There is a wealth of information here about this. Dig in and read the guys' experiences. They run the entire bell curve, but, to broadly generalize, yes, if you and your physician fine tune an injectable mix (combination and concentration, and there are lots of variables here) you have an excellent chance of having erections you may scarcely even believe are humanly possible...both rigidity and duration.

My experience only here, but pills in all their strengths and varieties gave me usable erections for a number of years. At some point their effectiveness lessened. I said "usable" erections. When I went to Trimix (in my 40s) I experienced a 7 year run of hardons that were like a steel beam holding up a fucking suspension bridge. They lasted absolutely forever. Very common to fuck for 1.5 - 2 hours and it was very rare that I waved the time out flag - usually she was physically exhausted by an almost effectively unstoppable iron dick. Literally everything you can imagine was possible and for a lot of years thanks to lovely 'ol Trimix.

Years 7-9 of Trimix...a bit different story. Effectiveness lessened. Doses escalated. Pain increased. Erections at that point became (for me at least) pretty similar to the erections I experienced with pills...ie...usable...but not iron hard and not long duration, nothing like Trimix at its best. Now implant. Just remember, there's a wide continuum of experiences, and you need to take a very active, informed hand in what you're embarking on, so read up and have fun with that needle and ride it absolutely as long and far as you can, it can be fairly fucking miraculous...

Urologist visit Thursday, he had me bring trimix with me. My wife was with me and got to watch as Dr. Showed how to prepare syringe, swab vial, and alcohol swab penis. He gave me syringe and explained 2 o’clock and 10 o’clock area and with his guidance I did the shot. He left room for about 10 minutes and returned to see I had about a 70% erection. He explained that was good for the 5 units I injected and said wait two days and do 10 units and if erection wasn’t satisfactory next time do 15. I’ll se him again in four weeks, worrisome news is my PSA was up so I need an MRI.
On way home with my erection, wife wanted to stop at grocery so walking in store for half hour I went from enjoying the warm feeling of a boner to pain all the way from the head of penis down to Prostate. Erection and the aching went away after getting home and sitting

Today I done the 10 units and erection was just ok for penetration so next time I’ll do 15 units, erections each lasted hour and half. Giving shot with my wife’s direction was no pain and hit the spot. I sat and layed after injection and only minor ache.

Sounds like you are off to a great start! You will just have to play with your dose to find the amount that gives you the best results as I did. I started on 20 units in the uro office. Produced a great erection but I had very strong throbbing in the head of my cock, so much so it prevented me from having an orgasm part of the time and gave me a 2 to 3 hour hard on, which I don't need. After playing around with the dose I have found that 15 units gives me a very strong erection in about 8-10 minutes and lasts for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Just right if we want to have sex, rest for about 30 minutes and go again. Now, if I just want to get a boner for my own pleasure I can inject 10 units and it will give me a boner for just over an hour. So, hang in there, play with your dose and have the naughty nurse assist you with injecting.

Agree with Flyingduck...I reduced from 25 units to 18 units. What really helps is to have the naughty nurse get me prepared for the injection for about 10-15 minutes...she can work wonders but it wont last until I inject...then..."laissez les bon temps rouler " !!!!

I'm implated now, but for 10 years used pills and the highest doses of tri-mix. When it worked for sex <5%, my tri-mix wood was much harder than pills alone.
