Current mix is Papaverine 18mg/Phentolamine 0.6mg/PGE-1 6mcg. I used to be able to use ~20 units to get a satisfactory response but now even 100 units does very little. I have a phone consultation with a new Doctor tomorrow. Just curious what mixture you guys think I should try to get that will let me go back to a much smaller dose to get a satisfactory response? Here is there current lineup-

Re: What mix should I try to get? Current mix is no longer effective..
The PGE-1 is the component that does most of the work. According to your post, 6 mcg x 100 units = 600 does not do the job. If you want to get back to the same point with a mix that will allow you to go back to 20 units, then you need one where the PGE-1 is 30. However, you want to go up from there, since 600 does not do the job. If this were me, I would go for the 30-3-50 or the 30-3-60. I would start at 10 units to be on the safe side and then work up.
